It's possible to generate some tabs with closetab and some another tabs
without closedtab?

For technical reasons, this is not possible. But you can set the state
of the closetab element of a ttk::notebook or scrollednotebook tab to
disabled by using the scrollutil::closetabstate command (or the
closetabstate subcommand of a scrollednotebook widget).
